    Website 1:

1.they are explaining what case they are solving at the moment about the explosion. They have put videos, and pictures of evidence and have done an update.they have provided contact information so you can contact them in an emergency. They have made the writing a contrasting colour so it stands out so it is easily readable

    2. the layout and the presentation of the website shows that they are very organised as it is all layed out into different sections, the colour scheme that they have chosen also shows that they are organised as they have they have not used bright colours or too many colours. Another point is that the website is not too busy but it has enough information for you to know what is going on.

    3. the language they use is very formal so it gives a professional effect and gives an impression that this website is friendly yet formal and makes an impression that you can trust this website, also they use correct punctuation to make it sound so that it is professional and that you can trust it, also it provides contact details so you can contact them. It also uses the word “subject” to make the case more believable and make it sound really serious.

1)The key points that the creators of this website make are that the public’s safety is of utmost importance. They give high amounts of safety information and in many different ways through media, including text, film and chroma-key.

2)The layout of the website is clear, well set out and structured. It is easily accessible and is not overcrowded, thus, it is well spaced out and presented. It has many different tabs with extensive information.

3)The language of the website is formal, but keeps an informal edge to it. It uses language that the reader would understand but the words used are sophisticated and impressive. This has the impact on the reader that the creators of the website are professional but can reach out to the public.

1)There are two crazy girls on the loose who need to be detained urgently. They are an extreme threat to the public and the police are doing everything that they can.
2)The layout of the website is very formal which makes the police force seem more professional. The Background and base layout is consistent throughout. The colour scheme is basic but attractive. This makes the public believe that the police squad are professional and know what they are doing. This comforts the reader because they know that the police are doing all they can and they are as safe as they can be. The pictures on the “Our team” page have a very professional manner. All of the people pictured are smiling. This makes them seem friendly so the public will find them approachable. This benefits the squad as they will gain information from potential witnesses ad greatly assist in the investigation
3)The language that is used within the website shows one of an abstract yet intellectual upbringing. This is perfect to portray the upstanding citizenship of the Boster police force. The sentence structure is direct and to the point which is exactly what the intended audience will wish for. Whilst some words have been spelt incorrectly this shows the pure rush with which the website was created so that the people of Boster can get information ASAP!!!

1)One of the main points of the website was that the creators of the webpage are appealing for the public assistance. They portray this is bold high contrast font on the first page that the audience will view. This demonstrates the importance of the point to reader and therefore it helps to get this information across to the reader and to convey the significance of the issue. They also imply this through the portrayal of their own fear. This creates a dramatic effect which helps to inform the reader of the severe nature of the situation.
Another main point shown in the website is the identity and concern of the squad. They make this point so focused as the identity of the squad members humanises them somewhat, and this has a reassuring effect of the reader. By introducing themselves the creators of the website the members are showing a caring nature on a personal level, and helping calm public concern by informing the people that there are named faces who have one main concern, which is to protect them from the disturbing situation to the best of their ability.
Yet another key point made by the creators of the website is the intensity of the dangers which are created by the hostile situation. They portray this using a variety of functions, such as video, text and dramatic layout. This insures that the message is receive by all elements of the audience, and therefore this approach also implies that the creators are very concerned and have no doubt in the importance of educating the public on such matters.

2)The layout of the website has a dramatic impact on the reader.
One way in which this is shown is through the choice of colour. The main colour scheme is black and white. The dramatised contrast between the two colours, which each alone have a very strong effect on the mood of an individual create a bitter sweet effect. Whilst the black suggest, sadness mourning and danger, the white suggest hope and security. This therefore shows that the reader in grave danger, but at the same time implies that the website aims to reassure the reader as well as educate them of the threats which are present in Bostor. These mixed emotions demonstrate perfectly the dramatic effect on the reader.
    Unfinished….

    (1) The creators of this website are trying to bring the point across straight away, avoiding any distracting bright colours or unnecessary information. This portrays a business like atmosphere and immediately invites the reader to act on their curiosity and explore the website further. The website focuses on a few key points; the fact that the institute escapees are mentally unstable, and the need for the public to contact the police if they have any encounters.
"Boster is dangerous right now. All we need is the support from you, and we can make it safe again" - Sgt J.Howes. This quote proves that the police department are obviously concerned about the publics safety and also covers the urgency of the whole situation.

    (2) The layout of the website gives a clear and structured overview of the broken down information. The simple colour scheme promotes a stern and direct attitude to a serious situation. This immediately makes it seem more trust worthy. For the images one of the four corners is sharp implying that although the website appears cold and formal, it has another softer, supportive side.

    (3) The language used throughout the website is mostly direct and formal, but there are a few areas where the language gives an impression that an empathetic human created it, rather than an abomination as they refer to these girls.
This encourages the reader to believe the police are doing all they can do to help for the good of the community.

The creators of website 4 constantly make references to the sanity of subject K4YX. This repetition shows to the reader that they are concerned that this young girl is causing danger amongst society. It also shows that this is an important case and they require the publics help in order to solve the problem.
They emphasize on the Police contact number/ helpline. This shows that the police of Boster could actually need the assistance of the citizens.
The Police of Boster clearly show a great amount of detail informing the public as best as they can on the occurrences that are happening amongst them.

The presentation of website 4 is very formal and shows the observer immediately that this is a serious case and that a calm and collective manner is needed to approach this.
The white writing on the blue background shows that they’re not trying to be all “glitz and glamour”. Instead they are trying to clearly portray the point they are trying to make and not divert the reader in anyway.

The formal language used by the creators of website 4 shows that the boster police force are well mannered and official, portraying a more trusting manner

    1.
The creator of website 1 is trying to tell people what to do in the case of meeting a subject, tell them about the situation and show them pictures and videos about it. The creator of website 2 is trying to tell people about their mission and show them what happened.
    2.
The layout of website 1 allows you to easily read text and change pages easily. It also uses media to inform the reader. The layout of website 2 relies mainly on media using the picture and video.
    3.
Website number 1 uses formal, informative language throughout. Website 2 doesn’t use much language but still uses formal language to inform the reader about them.

  8. The first key point the website maker shows is the titles, the website uses lost of
different titles these catch the readers eye and draw them into the key information ,
this shows how effective bold titles can be when you use them in the correct way the
writers first title is “Be warned” this is a good title and once again grabs the readers
attention , also it also shows a threating side to the website, also using “!” to add more
heat to the title. The second key point the website maker shows is the video that they
have produced. The part when the woman runs down the stairs, tells us the importance
of the Boster police department forces and implies that they are really focused on the
job of getting the lunatic on the loose, also the faces they express, influence the
viewers of this video to find the lunatic on the loose. This was a video with great
success. The layout of the website impacts on the reader via its presentation and layout
in many different ways. The first of these ways is the way the writes use sub headings
as categories for the website, this shows the seriousness of the site and the level of
authority they are using, also the site is quite plain and gets to the point quickly this
    also shows, ,,,,,,

all of the questions are awsnered in one paragraph !

    2) What impact does the layout/presentation of the website have on the reader?
The title grabs your attention, and as it is ‘Be Warned!!’ It makes you want to find out what’s wrong. The layout seems to be professional and believable. It’s organised and looks like it should be real.

    3) What impact does the language of the website have on the reader?
The language shows that it is professional and seems to be real. It makes it believable and makes it look sophisticated. It makes the reader think they are hightly intelligent and that they know what they are talking about. It makes the reader have trust in them.

    1. One of the key points made in the fifth website is that the suspects are dangerous and that the public should contact them as soon as they see anything.

    2. The first thing you see on this website is the words “be warned” in big letters this strait away makes the reader want to know more and shows that it’s a serious matter. Also the lay out is professional which makes the reader know that this is a serious matter and the police force want to know every thing you see.

    3. The language on the website shows that the police officers are highly intelligent and professional, so they know what there talking about. So that the reader knows it’s a serious matter.
