  1. 1) I believe that the film “capture the kiss” by Amelia, Lauren and Tanisha had the most effective camera angles because in every shot they had it was a different camera angle, this is effective because it shows different perspectives, and in their film- it shows importance of sneak and sly characters and shows with more concentration on the characters actions with the camera angles
2)I think That “ Capture the kiss” has the best music because it sounds like spy music. It also speeds up in tempo just before and during the revealing of the goal, this is good since it shows tension within the film which drags the audience to watch more of the film when the rest of it is released. The music projects the emotion of the film and the based line of it, the slow tempo at the beginning shows that it is a cautious procedure and the speeding up shows tension. The sci-fi feel to the music shows that it is a developed mission and it cannot go wrong.
3)The Movie which I think showed the most tense was Year 9 Spy Movie by Lewis, Max, Sam, Jacob because just before some deadly actions, they build up with different camera angles getting closer and closer, and you don’t know how long it will be until the dramatic ending. The music also exposes tension. The well known spy music shows tension based on other films it has entered in and what feel in those films and this one are projecting.

  2. 1)Which movie uses the most effective camera angles and why?
I think that the film 'Capture the Kiss' had the most effective camera angles as it shows the many different perspectives and how a 'spy' needs to be sneaky and sly.
2)Which movie uses the best sound/music and why?
I believe that the film the 'Hunted Hunter' used music the best as it made the film seem more dramatic. The music worked well with the film as when Molly's character walked down the ally the music became more tense. the music gave us a insite to how Lauren's character was feeling. As she would have felt more scared and tense as Molly's character approched her
3)Which movie is the most tense and why?
I think that the most dramatic is 'Year 9 Spy Movie' because of a mixture of the camrea angles and the build up. You do not know what the ending is going to be Or when it is going to happen. This makes you, the viewer feel the intensity of the film. This film's angles work well together to make the film tense.

  3. 1)i think capture the kiss was the best spy movie at using camera angles because they used many different shots that were suited to the film which made it look more interesting and made you want to watch more
2)i think the hunted hunter 2 used the best music as it was gripping and quite unusual, this made you want to listen and watch because the music will attract you and also it fits very well with the criteria of being a spy movie
3)i think year 9 spy movie at the top was most tense because you didnt know what was going to happen next, also because it was really realistic and fitted the criteria very well of being a spy movie.

  4. 1)I think that Connor, Tom's (and Matthews) spy movie uses the best camera angles. Specifically the last shot of the film caught my attention. it is taken from the point of view of Toms character as he lies defeated on the floor. This helps the audience to empathise with the character and experience the powerlessness of the character for themselves, as it makes the situation more relevant and easier to relate to. The fact that the camera is angled up towards Connors character as he strides away victorious, helps to show that at that point he has all the power and control and that he is therefore the superior character in terms of statis. The abstract tilted angle of the shot shows the angle at which Tom character would see Connors character. This reinforces the empathy and draws the audience into the story line and the emotions of the characters, again making it easier to relate to. Consequently the viewing experience is alltogether more intense and entertaining.
    2) I think that Katie, Chloe, Amber, Aimee, Alex and Lizzy's first edit of their film used the best music. It consisted of a low monotone drum beat. This creates tension and suspence, by keeping a steady beat. This also creates a certain air of fear, as it gives the impression that the following events are aproaching at a solemn, slow, emotionless pace and that nothing can sway or prevent it. It also mimics the sound and rhythm of a heart beat to a certain extent, and this somewhat humanises it. This makes the audience almost automatically relate to the apparent ever impending terror that awaits in the following sequence of the film.
3)I think that Katies groups first edit was also the most tense. A lot of their camera angles were close ups, so that the audience can't quite see the whole picture. the creates a sense of mystery and also creates an air of threatening suspense. Also the music, as mentioned in the previous answer aids this effect. The colouring of the film (A kind of grey scale effect) adds to the tension. it automatically dulls the resolution of the picture, making it harder to comprehend, and making it seem distant and inaccessible in one sense. It is also unusal and therefore memorable. The dullness of the image also helps to create a level of fear and threat which the audience can understand. As the colouring of the film reflects the fear and emotions of the characters.

  5. 1)Which movie uses the most effective camera angles and why?
I think that 'Capture the Kiss' uses the most effective camera angles because in each shot was a different camera angle. This is effective as it shows the different views within the film and also shows the importance of not being seen by anybody.

2)Which movie uses the best sound/music and why?
I think that 'Capture the kiss' as the most effective music because as the film progresses the speed of the music picks up to give it more tension which cathches the audience and makes the want to watch more. Also the muisc speeds up when it gets to the goal. (Capturing the kiss).

3)Which movie is the most tense and why?

I think 'The Hunted Hunter' has the most tension as there are a lot of close ups in the film so you can see people's facial expressions which gives more tension to the movie. Also the music gets louder half way through the film which gives more tension as you dont know what to expect, because of this it would make the auidence want to keep watching untill the most dramatic part comes!

  6. 1) I believe that capture the kiss by Amelia, Lauren and Tanisha used the most effective camera angles. I believe his because in almost every camera angle shot there was a wide contrast between the current one and the previous one. This is effective because it gives the capability of portraying different characters and their own motives and perspectives as well as their inner emotions.
    2) I believe that secret suspicions (sepia version) has the best spy music. This is because it has a very raw tempo. The standard beat is enhanced by an additional beat. This keeps it fast paced and interesting, intriguing the audience to watch more of the film. The fact that the music was very basic (some would say old fashioned); portrays perfectly the feel of the movie which itself is enhanced by the greyscale tone.
    3) I believe the movie that was the tensest was year 9 spy movie by Conor, Max, Sam, Jacob, David and Lewis. This is because they snuck up on their targets, cautiously, which allows us to have an adrenaline to build up and then be suddenly released as the target is attacked/killed. Also the use of dark camera angles benefits the tension build up and the well-known theme tune also allows the tension to build up in expectation.

  7. 1) I think that 'capture the kiss' used the most effective camera angles. I think this because they used many different angles to show that the spy was being sneaky and sly. Each camera angle was completly different to the one before it this showed the characters feelings and perspective.
    2) I think that 'hunted hunter' used the best music as it made the movie seem more dramatic. The music helped give the feeling that Luaren's character was scared and worried when Molly's character came down the alley.
    3) I think that 'year 9 spy movie' was the most tense. I think this because you didn't know what was goinging to happen next. Also the camera angles helped with the tension and the music went well the spy theme.

  8. 1. Which movie used the most effective camera angles and why?
I think that 'Capture the Kiss' uses the most effective camera angles. This is because the angles were always changing, making the movie interesting. It also shows what extents the character had to go through in the clip; this was achieved by quickly changing the camera angles and the location.
    2. What movie used the best sound/music and why?
I think that 'Hunted Hunter' used the best music. This is because the rock's heavy drums and riff work best with the clip. It makes the movie seem more dangerous and ominous than it would have sounded without this soundtrack.
    3. Which movie is the most tense and why?
I think that 'Year 9 Spy Movie' is the most tense because of the close up camera angles they used throughout the movie. The camera is always focused on a character rather than the scene behind them - which makes the movie more mysterious, and leaves the watcher guessing.

  9. I believe that the film “Capture the Kiss” by Amelia, Lauren and Tanisha had the most effective camera angles because you can see in every shot they had was a different camera angle and built up a great exitement your body.It also shows to what extents the characters had to go through in the clip, this was conquered by rapidly changing the location and the camera scenes (angles).

I believe the movie with the best sound and music was the "The Hunted Hunter," this is because the heavy drums in the film contrast extremely well with the acting and scenes upon this film. This makes the movie thrilling and off your seat, but without music wouldnt have been as enthrauling.

The movie I believe is the most tense is 'The Hunted Hunter,' this has the most tension as there are are many close ups in the film which gives you a good sense of thrills, also you can see people's facial expressions which gives more tension to the movie. I also notice that the music gets louder in the film this gives it that thrilling motion when you dont know what is about to happen next, and makes you want to keep watching to find out.

  10. 1) I think that "Capture the Kiss" uses the most effective camera angles. I believe this because none of the angles are exactly the same, and thus use different viewpoints, like you would expect to see in a real spy movie. The scene of Lauren sneeking around behind the trees is particularly effective as it demonstrates the significance of being a spy and remaining hidden.
    2) I think that "Spy movie A&A" uses the best soundtrack as it almost shows what the dying spies are thinking. The music aids the film by dramatizing the footage. The most effective part of the music is the first thrity seconds as it makes the film seem like a western shooter.
    3) I think that year 9 spy movie is the most tense as most of their camera angles start off as close ups and pan out so you can see what's happening to the character in question. It makes the movie seem more mysterious, secene after scene as you don't know what's going to happen or who could creep up on someone due to the close ups.

  11. 1. I think that the film featuring Alex, Katie, Chloe and Elizabeth uses the best camera angles because of the range used because it uses closeups, high angled and low angled shots. This also makes the most of the space used giving it the effect of a large area. They also combined two different camera angles together when they did the close up pov shot behind the bars.

    2. I think the film with David, max, Sam, Lewis and Jacob used the best music because the music used is from an actual spy film which gives the same effect as in mission impossible. They also changed the music to fit with the final scene which gave it the same effect used at the end of inception where hans Zimmerman uses calm music to relieve the tension.

    3. I think the hunted hunter created the most tension because it didn't conclude so the viewer is left in the dark after the mysterious shot of lauren's abduction.

  12. 1) In my opinion I believe that the movie “The Hunted Hunter” made the best use camera angles because as well as using a wide variety of camera angles they also used them to demonstrate the behavioural needs of a spy. The shot which I was drawn to was one looking through the leaves as some of the characters walked past. This I believe is good because it shows the view from the spy point and the leaves give the impression of disguise therefore enforcing the knowledge that spy’s have to be sneaky and sly to be successful.
    2) I think the movie “Secret Suspicions” used the best music as the low drum beat slowly increases in tempo adding a factor of tension and suspicion into the clip causing the watcher to be increasingly intrigued into what’s going to happen. The repeat of the same beat also implies that whatever is approaching is coming in a de-sensitised and emotionless manner creating an air of terror for the clip.
    3) “Year 9 Spy Movie” was the most tense as it showed the build up to the attack slowly building the tension and allowing the watcher to get into it more instead of rushing straight into the attacks on the victims leaving the watcher clueless as to what’s actually happening.

  13. 1) I think the 'Hunter Hunted' used the best camera angles due to it's proffesionalim and efficiency. It immediately invites the viewer to compare it to a lot more well know films, and takes you on an insight of what could have been going on in the directors mind. Each scene shows different characters, and yet it is still easy to follow the story line throughout.
    2) I think 'Secret Suspocions has the best music due to it's almost tribal like feel, as if someone or something is being hunted. The drum beat in particular subconciously links to the pace of the murderers heart: she d been caught in the act, and now she had to pay.
    3) I think 'The Hunter Hunted' was the most tense because if gives you an insight of the who spy infiltration instead of jumping in to the action. This builds up an expectant tension, which isn't let down when the spy is discovered and taken out by being spied apon herself,
